The Power of Yoga and Ayurveda

It is recommended to practice Yoga and Ayurveda together in order to fully benefit your health and wellbeing.

Yoga is a physical and psychological exercise which aims to help the body to recover and heal from disease as well as to keep the body healthy. Practices can be adapted for anyone, regardless of age or ability.

Ayurveda means ‘science of life.’ Treatments are based on your individual health, wellness and constitutional state (also called Dosha). Ayurveda incorporates yoga, diet, massage, herbs and cleansing practices.
